Visitor Services

The Lee County Visitor and Convention Bureau’s Visitor Services department encompasses community and volunteer relations efforts to provide a positive customer service experience to visitors and local residents throughout the destination. Based at the Southwest Florida International Airport, in partnership with the Lee County Port Authority, our team of staff and over 140 volunteer Tourism Ambassadors have been welcoming and assisting travelers at the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) since 1989.

In addition to the Tourism Ambassador Program, Visitor Services coordinates community tourism programs such as the Elaine McLaughlin Outstanding Hospitality Service Awards (E Awards), implements the Visitor Assistance Program for travelers experiencing crises and assists our Sales and Sports Development departments in conference services projects.
